Lauki ka halwa with Koya is what we have shown here in this video. We can also make lauki ka halwa without Koya. Apart from grated bottkegiurd main ingredients for dudhi ka recipe are milk, sugar and ghee.
This can be also had a recipe during fasts or vrath.
Ingredients you need to make lauki halwa:
300 grams lauki or bottle gourd
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 cup or 125 ml milk
Koya or cottage cheese 100 grams
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Nuts finely chopped
